am i really a blogger?

My senior year of high school I had an English teacher who asked us to keep a journal, and thus gave us assignments regarding what to write in them.  I remember being very fond of the whole process, and occasionally when we would read them aloud, mine were a hit in the class.  I have not kept a journal (online or otherwise) since that class, and I don't know if I still have it in me to spin my ideas in a witty enough fashion to entertain anyone.  This blogspot will be my first attempt in 7 years to rekindle that little lost writer in me.  We'll see what happens.....
